Rejection verification (Red-i)

Rejection verification (Red-i)

  • The Rejection Verification System checks and rejects faulty blisters after cutting. The number of faulty blisters detected is maintained and verified so that every faulty blister is put into the rejection bin. If there is a mismatch in the count, the machine will stop and indicate the operator to track the faulty blister.
  • Verifies faulty blisters quality to ensure all defective blisters are rejected
  • Stop and alarm signal indicating a quick check when an error occurs
  • Works with any blister packing machine
  • Segregates printing and blister defects into separate bins
  • Machine stop in case faulty blister does not get rejected

Benefits

  • Does not allow rejected blister to pass through even in the event of rejection failure
